Our principle aim and objective is to provide the best possible support to enable our clients to remain in their homes, maintain their independence and take part in everyday activities such as accessing social and recreational facilities.

Care Horizons Limited will provide individual care, through working in partnership with the client in identifying their needs, following an agreed care plan. 

We also work with relatives and other providers in meeting the needs of its customer. Clients have a right to expect home support workers employed by Care Horizons to:

• Act in a way that safeguards and protects their well-being
• Are honest, trustworthy and respect them and their property In return you can expect the client to:
• Abide by the terms and conditions of business
• Provide a safe working environment for you
• Ensure that their household insurance is sufficient to cover you for any loss or injury whilst working in their home
